Milford Man Arrested in Theft Incident

A Milford man has been arrested following an investigation into a theft in April. Milford Police learned the 45 year old Kofi Fowler allegedly took money from a wallet while inside a northwest Front Street home. Fowler was charged and ordered to have no contact with the victim. A second investigation was started by Milford Police last week after police learned that Fowler allegedly contacted the victim and forced his way into the victim’s home and tried to persuade them not to follow through with prosecution. in the theft case. Fowler was arrested Saturday and charged with tampering with a witness and other offenses. He is free on his own recognizance.
