Massey’s Ditch Dredging Project to be Re-bid this Spring

A planned Channel Maintenance Dredging Project for Massey’s Ditch will be re-bid later this year.  A bid opening was conducted on January 30^th, but DNREC did not receive an acceptable bid.  DNREC will update their design specifications and contract document – and a second invitation to bid could be announced this spring.  That will allow a four-month dredging window between November 1 and March 1 of 2020.
