Maryland State Police Continue Investigation into Homicide Case in Dorchester County

Maryland State Police are seeking any information the public may be able to provide regarding a murder that occurred in Dorchester County in August. According to Maryland State Police, shortly after 12:35 a.m. on Aug. 21, officers from the Cambridge Police Department responded to Henry Street in Cambridge, Maryland for a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers located the victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. The victim, identified as 37-year-old Kenneth Ramcharan of Cambridge, Maryland was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency medical services personnel.
