As Gould entered the home, just prior to the murder, he pointed the handgun at Erica’s sister and pulled trigger, but the firearm jammed.
Gould was prohibited from possessing a firearm due to a 2014 U.S. federal conviction for conspiracy to distribute cocaine.
There is no word on sentencing at this time pending a pre-sentence investigation.
