UPDATED: 2 Arrested in Magnolia Shooting
UPDATED 3/4/22 – Two Dover men have been arrested after a shooting incident early Thursday morning in Magnolia. Delaware State Police were called to the London Village Community just after midnight for a shooting victim. Police learned that 19 year old Christopher Evans was in a car ā arguing with a female acquaintance through the window when the argument turned physical. The victim, 30 year old Michael Kressman of Magnolia went to help the woman and was shot by 21 year old Keyonte Brown, who was also in the vehicle with Evans. Kressman was pronounced dead at an area hospital. Brown is charged with 1st degree murder and weapons offenses and is being held on an over $1-million cash bond. Evans is charged with aggravated menacing and weapons offenses and is being held in default of a $24,000 secured bond.

ORIGINAL STORY – 3/4/22 – A 30-year-old Magnolia man is dead following an overnight shooting incident in the London Village community.
According to Delaware State Police, troopers responded to a reported shooting at 12:05 a.m. Thursday and discovered a man with an apparent gunshot wound to his upper body. The victim, whose name has not been released, died at a local hospital.
The Delaware State Police Homicide Unit is currently in the early stages of the active investigation.
