Man Critical in Fall from 3rd-Floor O.C. Balcony

A man in his 40s struck his head after he fell from the third-floor balcony on 46th Street in Ocean City just after 1:30 a.m. Sunday. Ashley Miller, police spokeswoman, says “Officers learned the male was heavily intoxicated when he fell… At this time, the fall appears to be accidental,” she added. He was last reported in critical condition.
