Magnolia Woman Charged with Reckless Endangering

A Magnolia woman has been arrested for reckless endangering after she fired multiple gunshots inside her home. Delaware State Police were called to a home on Douglas Fir Road around 3am on Thursday. Police learned 25 year old Tamia Richardson had a fight with a 21 year old male acquaintance and pulled a handgun and fired several shots. A 44 year old man and two children, aged 1 and 4, were also in the home. Police arrested Richardson without incident – the 21 year old man was gone when police arrived. Richardson is charged with 3 counts of 1^st degree reckless endangering and a weapons offense. She’s being held the Delores J. Baylor Correctional Institution in default of a $12,500 secured bond.
