Magnolia Woman Charged for Reckless Endangering

A Magnolia woman has been arrested by Delaware State Police who were called to the Valero Gas Station in Dover for a 35 year old woman who told them she was intentionally struck by a vehicle.  Police learned that 33 year old Crystal Manning verbally threatened to run over the victim for taking “her gas pump.”  Then Manning accelerated and struck the victim knocking her to the ground.  Manning left the scene – but was arrested at her home without incident.  Manning is charged with 1st degree reckless endangering and other offenses.  She is free on an $8500 unsecured bond.
