Jake Smith is the award-winning host of Delmarva Live on WGMD 92.7. Jake spent the first years of his life in New York, out on the Island. He has spent his career in different roles in the media industry. From inspecting sets to talking behind the microphone, Jake has experienced firsthand the inner workings of broadcast television and radio.
His hobbies include gardening and politics.

WGMD's Salute 2 Troops is heard Monday through Friday in the 9am hour on 92.7 WGMD. You聽 can submit the name of a member of the military (they don't have to be a relative - can be a friend or someone you know about) - living, dead, active or retired and Jake Smith will salute them for their service.
