Lewes Police get Narcan donation after supply expires

Lewes Police officers now has fresh Narcan to carry on patrol. AtTAck Addiction Sussex County Chapter donated 14 doses to the Lewes Police Department. Chief of Police Thomas Spell says the donation was not a moment too soon: the town鈥檚 supply had recently expired, shortly after the department had their first Narcan use to save the life of an overdose victim. Chief Spell says he is grateful for the work AtTack addiction is doing to address the opioid epidemic throughout Delaware.
