Lewes Massage Technician License Suspended

The license of a Delaware certified massage technician in Lewes has been suspended. Secretary of State Jeffrey Bullock considered a complaint filed by the Department of Justice that states that Robert Leech used his position to impose unwelcome sexual acts upon numerous clients. Leech also is operating an unlicensed massage establishment, Fusion Massage and Wellness on Westcoats Road. This suspension will be in effect for 60 days. During this time disciplinary hearings will be held or the final disposition will take place.
