Lewes Man Wins 2019 Young Engineer Of the Year Award

A Lewes man has been named the Delaware Engineering Society’s 2019 Young Engineer of the Year. Scott Walls is a Supervising Engineer with DelDOT and leads a group of engineers and consultants from the start of a project through its completion. He started as a Project Engineer with DelDOT’s Bridge Design section and was the lead designer for numerous replacement and rehab projects.
