Killens Pond SP Will Close To Public Sat. For X-Country Championships

Killens Pond State Park in Kent County will be closed to the public this Saturday. It’s for the safety of participants in the state Cross Country championships.

According to the DIAA, no spectators will be permitted at Saturday’s races. Arrangements are being made for the DIAA to live-stream the girls’ and boys’ division one and division two races Saturday.

Killens Pond State Park will reopen for normal hours Sunday.
