Jason Suha Convicted & Sentenced for Possession & Distribution of CDS
A Salisbury man has pleaded guilty to three counts of possession with the intent to distribute drugs in Wicomico County Circuit Court. Associate Judge Matthew Maciarello accepted the plea and sentenced 45 year old Jason Suha to 23 years in prison with all but 4 years suspended.
As part of the plea agreement Suha forfeits over $236,000, a 2023 Toyota Highlander, 2022 Lexus and 2017 Toyota Tundra to Wicomico County.
According to court records, Sheriff’s deputies executed search and seizure warrants on several residences and vehicles associated with Suha and seized cocaine, meth, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and cash.
During the investigation deputies learned that Suha was importing CDS from California to Wicomico County for distribution.
