Ice Cream Lovers Come out Winners in OC Dumsers Property Battle

Dumser’s Ice Cream at the south end of the Ocean City Boardwalk will stay right where it is.  The Maryland Coast Dispatch reports that today/on Friday, Maryland’s highest court denied a petition by the city to hear an appeal over in the ownership battle of the property where the popular eatery sits – and puts an end to the legal wrangling that’s been going on for months.
