A Houston woman has been arrested after an incident last May on a school bus.  Investigation of the incident showed the school bus driver, 54 year old Teresa Grunden, pulled the bus over near Airport Road and closed the windows and ceiling air vents, causing the temperature in the bus to rise – because the students were reportedly being too loud.  Six students aged 6 to 11 years old reported heat related symptom to parents as they arrived home.  The Delaware Attorney General’s office issued a warrant for Grunden, who is charged with six counts of endangering the welfare of a child and ordered to have no contact with the victims.  The bus was operated by an outside contractor for the Milford School District.
