Harrington Man Sentenced after Arrest for Drugs & Weapons

A Harrington man charged with drug and weapons offenses and pleaded guilty to 2nd degree conspiracy and weapons offenses has been sentenced.  40 year old Allen Simms was sentenced to 5 years in prison by a Kent County Superior Court Judge.  In August of last year, Police executed search warrants at 3 homes in Magnolia where police found six suspects, including Simms – along with heroin, cocaine, pot, weapons and drug paraphernalia.
