Harrington Man Arrested Second Time for Copper Wire Theft

A Harrington man has been arrested by Delaware State Police for the theft of copper wire from commercial irrigation systems.  This is the second time 23 year old Taylor Provanchie of Harrington has been arrested for copper wire theft – he was initially arrested on April 19 and released on an unsecured bond.  Provanchie is now also charged with a violation of probation as well as two counts each of felony theft, 3^rd degree criminal trespass and criminal mischief.
