Gov Hogan Orders MD State Flags to Half Staff on Passing of Baltimore County Exec. Kevin Kamenetz

Maryland Governor Larry Hogan has ordered state flags to half staff on the passing of Baltimore County Executive Kevin Kamenetz. Kamenetz passed early this morning – flags will remain lowered through sunset on the day of internmnet. Kamenetz was also one of many Democratic candidates facing a primary for Maryland Governor – and an early frontrunner for the Democrats along with Prince George’s County Excutive Rushern Baker, who in a statement this morning, said he will suspend all campaign related activities out of respect for Kamanetz’s family.
