Gov Carney to Sign Legislation for New Voting Machines

Governor John Carney will sign several bills into law on Tuesday – including Senate Bill 121 with Senate Amendment 1. The measure will make needed changes to the state’s election laws – based on the purchase of new voting devices and establishing auditing requirements for the voting devices. He will also sign Senate Bill 94 which will allow persons who are not married but who are co-habitating to jointly adopt a child that is not theirs.
