Gov. Carney to Announce Next Phase of “Keep DE Litter Free” Campaign

This afternoon in Wilmington, Governor John Carney will announce the Delaware Anti-Litter Alliance – a coalition of mayors and county executives statewide that have committed to encouraging their residents to not litter, and to help protect our public spaces. This is the next phase of Governor Carney’s “Keep DE Litter Free” anti-litter campaign and he’s asking for your help to do your part to not litter and to protect Delaware’s natural resources.
