UPDATED – 4/20/23 – Friday is the deadline for candidates to file for the Georgetown Town Council. Seats in the First and Second Wards are up for election.

Georgetown voters will go to the polls in May to elect two people to the Town Council – in the first and second wards. Candidates interested in filing have until the close of business on Friday, April 21st – remember you must live in the ward you look to represent. Both seats are for two year terms.
If you wish to register to vote in the local election – you have until May 10th to register at the County Department of Election on North Race Street.
