Georgetown Man Sentenced to Prison After Upskirting Incident

A Georgetown man has been sentenced to 6 years in prison after he took upskirt pictures in the Georgetown Dollar Tree store. Officials say that in September of last year, a customer notified the manager that 75 year old Charles Duffy was taking pictures up a woman’s skirt while she was shopping. Duffy pleaded guilty in January to a violation of privacy. At the time of the incident he was a registered Tier 3 sex offender and was wearing a GPS monitor while on probation after serving 30 years for a 1st degree rape conviction.
