Georgetown Man Arrested for Assault & Robbery

A Georgetown man has been arrested following an assault on Strawberry Alley in Georgetown on Sunday afternoon. Police say the suspect, 29 year old Justin Holston approached the victim and demanded money. Holston struck the victim in the face and then stabbed them in the arm with a knife, took cash and ran off on foot. Georgetown Police say the victim was treated for non-life threatening injuries – and while police investigated, Holston returned to the scene and was arrested. Holston is charged with 1st degree robbery, aggravated menacing and possession of a deadly weapon. He’s being held at SCI in default of $126,000 secured bond.
