A Georgetown man has been arrested for a robbery after an altercation on Tuesday night.  Police learned that the victim was outside a business on North Bedford Street when he was contacted by two men.  One came from behind and wrapped his arm around the victim’s neck and began striking him in the back until he fell to the ground.  A second person stopped the assault and the suspect ran off.  The victim discovered money had been taken from his wallet.  The suspect, 29 year old Anthony Masariegos or Georgetown, was found in the Royal Farms parking lot and arrested.  He’s charged with 2nd degree robbery and is being held at SCI in default of $6000 cash bond.
