Georgetown Fisherman Cited for over 600 Violations by DNREC

A commercial fisherman from Georgetown has been arrested following a DNREC investigation into illegal activity on the Delaware River.   Natural Resources Police have charged 40 year old Shawn Moore with over 600 shellfish and boating violations near Delaware City.  Moore pleaded not guilty to all charges in JP Court in New Castle.  He was released on his own recognizance pending a future appearance in the New Castle County Court of Common Pleas.
