Funeral Services Set for Eleanor West of Gumboro

Funeral services for Eleanor West of Gumboro will be held Monday at Watson Funeral Home in Millsboro.  West, who was the wife of late Delaware Representative Charles P. West, died at her home last week at the age of 93.  She was a nurse, but also worked closely with her husband on his work as a state lawmaker. A viewing will be held from 11 to 1pm followed by the funeral service at 1pm.  She will be laid to rest next to her husband in the West Family Farm Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to VITAS Hospice at 100 Commerce Dr., Suite 302, Newark, DE  19713.
