Frankford Man Charged with Drug Offenses after Traffic Stop

A traffic stop by Delaware State Police east of Selbyville led to the arrest of a Frankford man on drug charges.聽 Police say a car driven by 40 year old Steven Bowen made an illegal U-turn and was stopped.聽 Troopers smelled marijuana coming from inside and a search of the car turned up over 731 grams of marijuana, over $1800 in suspected drug proceeds and drug paraphernalia.聽 Bowen was arrested on drug and other offenses.
