Frankford Man Arrested in Milford on 6th DUI Offense

Milford Police say they arrested a Frankford man for his sixth offense of Driving Under the Influence in the early morning hours of Sunday following a car crash.
Police say around 1:32 a.m. on July 14th, they responded to Northwest Front Street for a single vehicle crash, witnessing a Chevy Silverado crashed into a sign post. Following a field sobriety test, Police arrested 58-year-old Garry Phillips of Frankford.
Phillips was charged with his 6th Offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Driving While Suspended or Revoked, Failure to Have Insurance Identification in Possession and Inattentive Driving. He was committed to Sussex Correctional Institution in Georgetown on 7,050 cash bond.
