Final Short Term Public Health Emergency Extension Announced

The final short-term extension of the Public Health Emergency has been announced by Governor John Carney on Friday. Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the Governor plans to terminate the order of May 11^th – the same day that the federal public health emergency is to expire.
