UPDATED – Four candidates have filed for the Bethany Beach Town Council election. Lee Bunting (resident) is challenging incumbents Joseph Healy (resident), Jerry Morris (resident), Patrick Sheplee (non-resident) for one of three two-year seats on the council. The Bethany Beach Town Council election is set for Saturday, September 7th.
