Felton Man Sentenced for Rape

A 64 year old Felton man who pleaded guilty to the rape of a child over many years has been sentenced to prison.  Officials say the attacks began in the late 1990s when the victim was a child living in Monte Brown’s neighborhood.  Brown pleaded guilty to 2 counts of 1^st degree rape and 1 count of continuous sexual abuse of a child in April.  He’s been sentenced to 34 years in prison and must register as a Tier 3 sex offender.
