Federalsburg Man Charged with False Imprisonment

A Federalsburg man has been arrested after holding a woman against her will. Maryland State Police say a woman called them Thursday and said that 57 year old Henry Kulesza threatened her with a chainsaw and held her for two days and assaulted her. She got out of the home when he fell asleep. Kulesza is charged with false imprisonment, assault and multiple other offenses – police also learned he is a fugitive from Virginia for weapons charges.
