No Impaired Drivers at Worcester County Sobriety Checkpoint – Saturation Patrol Another Matter
UPDATED – 8-16-19 – On Thursday the Maryland State Police and other Worcester County law enforcement agencies conducted a sobriety checkpoint at Route 50 and Silver Point Lane in Berlin. The checkpoint started at 11pm and ended just after midnight Friday morning – 415 vehicles that passed through the checkpoint with no impaired drivers being contacted. Afterwards, a countywide saturation patrol was conducted. During the saturation patrol, four DUI arrests were made.
