Early Morning Bridgeville Fire Injures 1, Heavily Damages Ray Road Home

A fire this morning west of Bridgeville is under investigation by the State Fire Marshal’s office.  Officials say a 60 year old woman suffered smoke inhalation in the fire which broke out just before 5:30am on Ray Road – near the intersection with Dublin Hill Road.  The victim is in stable condition at Nanticoke Memorial Hospital.  Fire officials continue to investigate to determine the cause and origin of the blaze, which caused heavy fire damage estimated at $50,000.
