UPDATED: DSP Arrest Georgetown Man for Burglary

UPDATED – 9pm – Delaware State Police with help from Millsboro Police have apprehended 28 year old Joshua Shockley of Georgetown, who was wanted in connection with a residential burglary that occurred on Friday at a home on Kings Road in Georgetown. Just after noon, Millsboro officers learned that Shockley was in a silver KIA parked at the Wawa in Millsboro. Police located Shockley and arrested him without incident.  Shockley is charged with 2nd and 3rd degree burglary, 10 counts of selling stolen property and other offenses and is being held at SCI in default of over $40,000 secured bail.

Delaware State Police are looking for a Georgetown man in connection with a residential burglary that occurred Friday afternoon.  Police say that between 3 and 7:30pm, 28 year old Joshua Shockley forced his way into a home and shed on Kings Road – and left with property.  Shockley also has warrants related to an earlier theft from the same location where he pawned stolen items and claimed to be the owner.  If you know where Shockley is – contact State Police – 302-856-5850 or Crime Stoppers – 800-TIP-3333
