UPDATED: DSP Make Arrest in Harrington Shooting Death

UPDATED  2/16/19 – A Maryland man has turned himself in to Delaware State Police after a shooting in Harrington that left a New Jersey man dead.  Harrington Police found 24 year old Donte Demunguia of New Jersey with a gunshot wound at the base of a staircase in a Park Brown Road apartment.  He was pronounced dead at Milford Hospital.  Investigation showed a second victim who was at home on the second floor with an acquaintance.  When they heard someone come in the front door the female resident went downstairs and was confronted by her ex-boyfriend who started up the stairs and was shot by 25 year old Devon Emfinger of Aberdeen.  Emfinger turned himself in to police on Friday and is charged with 1st degree reckless endangering and weapons offenses.  The investigation is continuing.
