DSP Investigating Pedestrian Crash on Camp Arrowhead Road near Lewes

Delaware State Police were called after a crash involving a pedestrian on Camp Arrowhead Road just after 9 Saturday night. Police say a pickup truck came out of a sharp curve in a wooded area when a pedestrian on the right edge of the roadway stumbled or fell into the right side of the truck – striking the side mirror. A 65 year old man was taken to Christiana Hospital with non-life threatening injuries – the driver of the pickup truck was properly restrained and not injured. The investigation is continuing.
