DSP Find No Evidence after Report of Shots in Kent County

Delaware State Police were called when shots were fired at a vehicle leaving a residence on Cow Marsh Creek Road west of Woodside just after 8:30 Thursday morning.  The residents denied shooting a firearm – police learned that two of the occupants were on probation.  A search warrant turned up no firearms, ammunition, shell casings, damaged property or other evidence to substantiate a shooting.
