A Smyrna man has been arrested for operating a meth lab at a Clayton home.  Delaware State Police and officers from several other agencies conducted a warrant round up on Wednesday in Kent County – when they learned of a wanted man in the area of Lion Hope Road in Clayton.  As police tried to contact 55 year old David Moser of Smyrna – he ran into a wooded area.  Police were able to locate and arrest Moser.  During their investigation they learned about the meth lab at another location on Lion Hope Road.  A search of the second property turned up methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.  In the first residence police seized three handguns, ammunition, over 12 grams of meth and components to make it.  Moser is charged with a variety of drug and weapons offenses and is being held at SCI in default of a secured bond.
