A traffic stop by Delaware State Police in Dover led to the discovery of drugs.  Police stopped a speeding car on Route 1 in Dover on Thursday evening and smelled marijuana coming from inside the vehicle.  Police learned the driver, 30 year old Thomas Gordon, had no valid driver’s license.  A search of the vehicle turned up a hidden compartment under the front passenger seat.  After getting a search warrant – police found over 3300 baggies of heroin in the compartment, over 153 grams of marijuana, 3 digital scales and a marijuana grinder.  Gordon faces multiple drug and other offenses.
