DSP Arrest Two on Drug Charges after Investigation in Dover
A search warrant executed on a residence on Deborah Drive in Dover Thursday led to the arrest of two Dover residents on drug charges. Delaware State Police went into the residence after a six-week long investigation of the distribution of drugs from the property. Detectives detained three people including 47 year old Antonio Malloy and 35 year old Jenny Fagan. During the search police seized a variety of drugs, pills and weapons.
- $1,020 of suspected drug proceeds
- Approximately 54.88 grams of crystal methamphetamine
- Approximately 52.30 grams of powder cocaine
- Approximately 32.32 grams of crack cocaine
- Approximately .553 grams of heroin
- Approximately 6.04 grams of marijuana
- 11 Oxycodone pills
- 37 1/2 Alprazolam pills
- Drug paraphernalia
- 12-inch Knife
- 14-inch Machete
- Hatchet
Both Malloy and Fagan face multiple charges.
Antonio Malloy was transported to Troop 3, where he was charged with the following crimes:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance, Tier 3 (Felony) – 3 counts
- Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, Tier 3 (Felony) – 3 counts
- Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance (Felony) – 3 counts
- Possession of a Controlled Substance (Felony) – 3 counts
- Possession of a Deadly Weapon by a Person Prohibited (Felony)
- Conspiracy 2nd Degree (Felony)
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Malloy was arraigned by Justice of the Peace Court 2, and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution on $139,000 cash bond.
Jenny Fagan was transported to Troop 3, where she was charged with the following crimes:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance, Tier 3 (Felony) – 3 counts
- Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, Tier 3 (Felony) – 3 counts
- Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance (Felony) – 3 counts
- Possession of a Controlled Substance (Felony) – 4 counts
- Conspiracy 2nd Degree (Felony)
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Fagan was arraigned by Justice of the Peace Court 2, and committed to Delores J. Baylor Women’s Correctional Institution on $138,500 cash bond.
