DSP Arrest Seaford Man on Drug & Weapons Charges

A Seaford man has been arrested on drug and weapons charges. Delaware State Police say just before 1:30 Wednesday morning Troopers spotted a car stopped on a grassy area of King Road near Concord Pond. As they approached the driver – he ran off on foot and police chased him. Troopers arrested 35 year old Darnell Stokes – a search of the area around Stokes’ vehicle turned up over 4 grams of cocaine, brass knuckles and drug paraphernalia. Stokes faces a variety of charges.
