DSP Arrest Millsboro Man After Burglary Investigation

A Millsboro man has been arrested in connection with multiple burglaries after incidents in June and July. Delaware State Police say evidence linked 22 year old Charles West to burglaries and the theft of a dirt bike and stolen tools. Troopers saw West leave a home on Jones Church Road in Frankford and arrested him during a traffic stop. He was found carrying a firearm – another was found in the vehicle with numerous rounds of ammunition, drug paraphernalia, 11 bags of heroin and over $7800 in cash. West faces multiple charges.
