DSP Arrest Man on Rape Charges

A man has been arrested in connection with a sexual assault of a 20 year old female that occurred in June at a residence in Georgetown. Delaware State Police investigation identified 22 year old Clay Conaway as the suspect – he was arrested Wednesday without incident. He is charged with 1st degree rape and is being held at SCI in default of a $70,000 secured bond.
