Dover Police Investigating Ann Avenue Shooting Thursday Night

A shooting Thursday night in Dover left one man dead and another injured. Dover Police were called to Ann Avenue around 8:45pm and found both victims had been shot in the upper body. Both men were taken to Bayhealth Kent Campus where a 42 year old victim died from his injuries. A 59 year old male victim is in stable condition. Police have no leads or suspect description.
