Dover PD Looking for Burglary & Assault Suspect

Dover Police are looking for a man involved in a domestic-related burglary and assault Saturday night. Police say just before 11pm Powell knocked on his ex-girlfriend’s door demanding entrance. The victim barricaded the doors and hid in a bedroom, but Powell broke a back window and entered. The victim went out a bedroom window and tried to run next door – Powell chased her and struck her in the face and chest – then left before police arrived.
