Dover Police investigated two robberies on Saturday and arrested the same man for each of them!  The first was just before 8am when 38 year old Michael Hill entered the Holy Cross Church on South State Street and took money from a collection container.  Hill pushed a 68 year old man who tried to stop him to the ground as he ran off with the cash.  Hill was arrested but released on his own recognizance – and the money returned to the church.  Just before 3pm Police were called for a robbery and found a 34 year old man with an injury to his eye.  A woman with him described the suspect which matched Hill.  He was arrested again and this time sent to SCI in default of a cash bond.
