Dover Man Wanted for Rape Arrested in Maryland

US Marshals and the First State Fugitive Task Force have arrested a man wanted for rape by Dover Police.聽 Police say 33 year old Isaac Pierce was found Thursday living in his car on a farm in Princess Anne, Maryland.聽 A week ago Pierce was with the female victim near the basketball courts at Delaware Tech in Dover when he assaulted the woman and forced her to drive to a parking lot where he forced the victim to engage in sexual acts, strangled and threatened the victim.聽 Pierce is in custody in Maryland pending an extradition hearing.
