Delaware State Police were called for a Dover man threatening suicide who was barricaded in his General’s Way home.  Police say he made comments to his wife and was in possession of a handgun.  When police arrived on the scene 49 year old Glenn Klebart fired multiple rounds from inside – striking an unoccupied, parked vehicle.  After about 90 minutes police convinced Klebart to surrender.  He was taken to a local hospital for evaluation – there were no reports of injuries and the investigation is continuing.
